My aim is simple, supporting and promoting better human psychological and emotional well-being for individuals in both their work and personal lives. I achieve this by using tried and tested Therapy and Coaching interventions.
Typically working with Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Depression Low Self Confidence/Self Esteem, Relationships and work matters amongst others I will introduce you to the best possible experience of therapy that I can.
I use a blend of three main evidenced based models Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT( cognitive behavioural therapy) type therapies.
Maybe you are going through emotional and mental disturbance or know of somebody that is.
I know seeking help can be a tough decision, however people that use talking therapies is on the rise and it certainly works research has shown us this.
